流動絕緣匯流排系列:低阻抗設計,減少輸電損耗Fluidized Insulation busway Series: Low Impedance Design for Lower Transmission Loss

 仰賴自研環氧樹脂流動絕緣技術,眾孚絕緣匯流排、絕緣銅鋁排採用高純度導體搭配密合式絕緣結構設計: 導體選用高純度無氧銅,電阻率穩定、導體阻抗更低;一體化流動絕緣製程無空隙、無夾層,導熱性佳,可快速導出機體運轉熱能,有效抑制設備溫升。 相較傳統配電器材,本系列產品可顯著削減輸電之有功損耗與溫升損耗,長期運轉穩定節省線路耗電,適用工廠長期節能減耗。另產品耐老化、無須頻繁維護,減少後續檢修停機造成的產能與資源耗損。Adopting self-developed epoxy resin fluidized insulation technology, Optimus insulated busways, insulated copper bars and aluminum bars feature a core design of high-purity conductors and fully bonded insulation structure.

Equipped with high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors with stable resistivity and low impedance, our products adopt an integrated fluidized insulation process with no air gaps or interlayers. The excellent thermal conductivity quickly dissipates operating heat and effectively controls equipment temperature rise.

Compared with traditional power distribution equipment, this product series effectively reduces active power loss and temperature rise loss during power transmission. Optimus intelligent distribution cabinets are equipped with visual intelligent monitoring functions, which can accurately collect real-time data of current, voltage, power and power consumption, realizing refined branch-level energy consumption statistics.
