中小工廠配電升級無須大拆大改!這樣做,省錢又穩產

不少中小製造工廠都會遇到同一個難題:廠區配電設備逐年老化,線路損耗高、小故障頻發,產能擴大後供電也跟不上,想進行升級改造,卻遲遲不敢動工。Most small and medium-sized manufacturing plants face the same dilemma: on-site power distribution equipment ages year by year, resulting in high line losses and frequent minor faults. As production capacity expands, the existing power supply can no longer meet demand. While plant operators intend to upgrade the power system, they keep delaying the renovation work.

一、不想停工耽誤生產?優先執行局部精準改造void Production Downtime? Prioritize Targeted Partial Renovation

 

許多工廠僅是大功率設備迴路、老舊匯流排區段、核心配電盤出現問題,並非整套系統全面老化。若是全面翻修,往往得停工數日,直接影響生產與出貨時程。In most cases, only circuits for high-power equipment, old busway sections and core power distribution cabinets malfunction, rather than the entire system being fully degraded. A comprehensive overhaul often shuts down production for days and directly affects product delivery.

建議針對故障高發、負載集中的局部迴路單獨改造,其餘狀況良好的設備繼續沿用;並利用假日、夜班、連續假期等非生產時段施作,將停產影響降到最低。We recommend renovating only faulty and high-load circuits while keeping other functional equipment in service. Construction can be arranged during off-production hours such as weekends, night shifts and holidays to minimize downtime.

二、產能逐步擴張?舊設備再利用並擴容,不花冤枉錢Expand Production Capacity? Expand Capacity with Existing Equipment to Avoid Unnecessary Costs

工廠接獲新訂單、增購新機台後,原有配電容量與線路迴路會不足,加上配電室空間有限,若老舊櫃體、線路狀況尚佳,全數拆除更換不僅耗費成本,也會佔用場地。When factories receive new orders and add new machinery, the original power distribution capacity and circuits become insufficient. Meanwhile, the power distribution room usually has limited space. It is uneconomical and space-consuming to dismantle and replace all old cabinets and cables that are still in good condition.

建議秉持優先沿用舊設備、分期擴容的原則,保留狀況良好的既有配電盤、基礎線路,透過加裝模組化設備提升供電能力,依照需求分階段升級,避免一次性大額支出。Follow the principle of reusing existing equipment first and expanding capacity in phases. Retain well-functioning power distribution cabinets and basic wiring, and expand power supply capacity by adding modular equipment. Carry out upgrades as needed in stages to avoid massive one-time expenditure.
