每一道生產工序，落實「自檢、互檢、專檢」三層把關，前製程未合格，绝不流入下一工序；Every production step follows the three-inspection system: self-inspection, mutual inspection, professional inspection—unqualified semi-finished products never proceed to the next stage.
每一支匯流排、每一台配電盤出廠前，皆須完成絕緣電阻、介電強度、迴路導通等全項檢測，重要批次同步完成溫升試驗驗證，任一數值未達標，絕不允許出貨。Before delivery, every busway and distribution board undergoes full testing of insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and circuit connectivity. Key batches also pass temperature-rise verification—no product is shipped if any parameter fails to meet standards.
