進入 4 月,全國各類工業新建、商業配套、園區改造專案陸續進入施工高峰期。配電盤做為配電系統的「大腦中樞」,其選型是否合理,直接決定整個專案的用電安全、供電可靠度與長期維運成本。As April arrives, various new industrial projects, commercial supporting facilities and park renovation projects across the country have entered a peak construction period. As the "brain and control center" of the power distribution system, the rational selection of power distribution cabinets directly determines the electricity safety, power supply reliability and long-term operation and maintenance costs of the entire project.

許多專案方在選型時,經常陷入「只看價格不看參數」「盲目追求高規格」「忽略場域適配性」的迷思,終導致設備過載、故障頻繁、改造成本居高不下。Many project parties often fall into misunderstandings during selection, such as "focusing only on price rather than parameters", "blindly pursuing high configurations" and "ignoring scenario adaptability", which eventually lead to equipment overload, frequent failures and high renovation costs.

一、工業廠房場域:耐衝擊、可擴充為核心Industrial Workshop Scenario: Focus on Impact Resistance and Expandability

工業廠房用電負載大、衝擊性強、設備啟停頻繁,且多存在粉塵、油污、高溫等嚴苛工況;同時多數廠房有分期建置、後續擴充的需求。Industrial workshops feature heavy power loads, strong current impacts, frequent equipment startup and shutdown, as well as complex working conditions such as dust, oil stains and high temperatures. Meanwhile, most workshops require phased construction and later capacity expansion.

 

核心選型重點Key Selection Points

高短時耐受電流High short-time withstand current:需可承受馬達啟動、設備併閣帶來的大電流衝擊,建議一般進線櫃短時耐受電流不低於 50kA/1sCapable of withstanding high current impacts caused by motor startup and equipment switching. The short-time withstand current of conventional incoming cabinets is recommended to be no less than 50kA/1s.

預留充足擴充空間Sufficient expansion reserve:迴路數預留 10%–20% 備援,進線電流預留 15%–20% 裕量,因應後續新增設備;Reserve 10%–20% spare circuits and 15%–20% margin for incoming current to accommodate future additional equipment.

適配嚴苛工況Adaptation to harsh environments:依車間環境選用對應防護等級,粉塵潮濕車間建議 IP40 以上,同時選用抗油污、耐老化的零元件;Select the appropriate protection degree according to the workshop environment. IP40 or above is recommended for dusty and humid workshops, together with oil-resistant and aging-resistant components.

諧波抑制能力Harmonic suppression capability:針對變頻、整流設備較多的車間,需搭載含電抗器的電容補償櫃,抑制諧波干擾。For workshops with many frequency converters and rectifiers, capacitor compensation cabinets with reactors shall be equipped to suppress harmonic interference.

商業複合體、辦公大樓、飯店等場所,用電負載密集、人員流動量大,對於設備佔地面積、運轉噪音、供電連續性要求極高,同時須符合消防、應急供電的強制規範。Places such as commercial complexes, office buildings and hotels have dense power loads and large passenger flows, imposing extremely high requirements on equipment footprint, operating noise and power supply continuity, while complying with mandatory codes for fire protection and emergency power supply.

結構緊湊、節省空間Compact structure and space saving:優先選用抽屜式櫃型,佔地小、分路彈性高,後續維護便利;Draw-out cabinets are preferred for their small footprint, flexible branching and easy later maintenance.

高供電可靠度High power supply reliability:重要負載需搭載雙電源自動切換裝置,確保應急照明、電梯、消防系統不間斷供電;Automatic dual-power switching devices shall be installed for important loads to ensure uninterrupted power supply for emergency lighting, elevators and fire protection systems.

低噪音運轉Low-noise operation:選用低噪音零元件與優化機殼結構,避免影響辦公與消費環境;Low-noise components and optimized cabinet structures are used to avoid affecting office and commercial environments.

智慧監控Intelligent monitoring:支援遠端即時監控運轉狀態,故障快速定位,縮短停電時間。Support remote real-time status monitoring, rapid fault location and reduced power outage time.
