一、前期準備Preliminary preparation
要充分熟悉配電櫃的電氣原理圖與接線圖,備好螺絲刀、剝線鉗等工具,以及規格相符、品質可靠的電線電纜、接線端子等材料。Fully familiarize yourself with the electrical schematic diagrams and wiring diagrams of the power distribution cabinets. Prepare tools such as screwdrivers and wire strippers, as well as wire and cable, terminal blocks and other materials that match the specifications and are of reliable quality.
二、安全防護Safety protection
接線前務必切斷上級電源,懸掛警示標識,通過驗電確保無電後再操作。施工人員須穿戴好絕緣手套、絕緣鞋等防護用品,保障自身安全。Before wiring, be sure to cut off the power supply from the upper level, hang warning signs, and only start operations after verifying that there is no electricity through electrical testing. Construction personnel must wear protective articles such as insulating gloves and insulating shoes to ensure their own safety。
三、線纜處理Cable handling
依據各回路負載電流合理選擇電線電纜線徑,用剝線鉗剝除絕緣外皮時小心別傷導線,剝線長度適中。同時,為每根導線套上準確標注編號、回路名的線號管,方便後續維護。Reasonably select the wire and cable diameters according to the load current of each circuit. When stripping the insulating outer sheath with wire strippers, be careful not to damage the conductors, and the stripping length should be appropriate. 四、接線要點Key points for wiring
導線與電器元件接線端子連接或相互連接時,要使用壓線鉗等工具壓接牢固,杜絕虛接。佈線遵循橫平豎直原則,不同功能線路適當分開,保持整齊美觀,嚴格依照接線圖施工,不可隨意更改。When connecting conductors to the terminal blocks of electrical components or connecting them to each other, use tools such as crimping pliers to make firm crimping connections and avoid virtual connections. The wiring should follow the principle of being horizontal and vertical. Different functional lines should be properly separated to keep them neat and beautiful. Strictly follow the wiring diagrams during construction and do not make arbitrary changes.
五、接地與絕緣Grounding and insulation
配電櫃金屬外殼要可靠接地,保證接地電阻符合標準要求。接線完畢後,用絕緣電阻表檢測線路相間、相對地的絕緣情況,確保絕緣良好,無漏電風險。The metal shells of power distribution cabinets should be reliably grounded to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standard requirements. After the wiring is completed, use an insulation resistance meter to test the insulation conditions between phases and between conductors and the ground to ensure good insulation and no leakage risk.
六、檢查測試Inspection and testing
接線完成後,對照接線圖全面自查,改正錯誤。在恢復供電前,測試各回路通斷及控制回路動作、保護裝置功能等,確認配電櫃能正常投入使用。After the wiring is completed, conduct a comprehensive self-inspection against the wiring diagrams and correct any errors.
